Republic Drill Co., LLC ("Republic," "we," "us") operates drillrepublic.com and the related forms, applications, and services described below. Our headquarters is in Pflugerville, Texas, with locations in Tahlequah OK, Sacramento CA, and Cabot AR.

We collect only what we need to respond to you and run our business:

• Contact form & inquiries: name, email, phone, company, topic, and the message you send.
• Quote requests: the items in your quote cart plus your contact details and any project notes (site, timing, quantities).
• Credit applications: business identity, ownership, trade references, bank references, and authorized signer information required to evaluate credit. This includes your consent (per the credit terms) to obtain a consumer credit report.
