The DTH and rotary programme covers single-wall pipe for air hammer and rotary drilling, from small-diameter water well and geothermal work up through production blasthole strings. Friction-welded construction is used up to 219 mm outside diameter; larger sizes are supplied in the construction suited to the load. The same programme carries drill collars, stabilisers, subs, check valves, casings and hoisting and fishing equipment, so an entire string can be specified from one source.

The reverse circulation programme covers dual-wall pipe where the sample returns through an inner tube. O-ring sealing is standard and a flat-seal version is available where the operation prefers it. Crossover, dig-out, blow-down and blow-up subs are part of the programme, and non-magnetic stainless RC pipe is available where downhole survey tools require it.

Tool joints are friction welded to the tube body across the sizes where friction welding is the right process, which puts a forged-grade bond at the joint instead of a fillet that has to be re-cut after a few hundred hours. Larger and heavier strings are supplied as machined-from-solid or welded assemblies where that construction suits the load case better.

The starting point is the rig: what the head or rotary table can twist, what the pulldown and pullback are, and what the mast and rod handling will physically take. That sets rod length and the practical ceiling on joint size. The second input is the formation — abrasive sandstone eats shoulders and hard facing pays for itself, while broken ground argues for a string you can fish rather than the lightest one that will do the job.

The third input is what is already in the yard. Most contractors do not replace a whole string at once, so we quote the connection you run and, where a change is worth making, the crossovers that let old and new iron work together through the transition rather than stranding inventory.

Send the rig make and model, the hole diameter and depth you are drilling, the hammer or bit sub thread you are running, and the rod length your mast and handling system can take. That is enough to price a string. If you are replacing pipe on an existing rig, a photo of the box and pin and a thread gauge reading will confirm the connection faster than a part number from a previous supplier.

Quotes come back with pipe, connection, wall and any subs or crossovers required to make the string work with tooling you already own. Where a size is not on the shelf, the quote states the build and transit lead time rather than an availability promise we cannot hold.
