The site provides information about Republic Drill Co. equipment, parts, service, and locations, and lets you contact us, request a quote, apply for credit, and apply for jobs. Pricing, availability, and specifications are subject to change without notice.

You agree that information you submit through any form is true and accurate to the best of your knowledge, and that you are authorized to submit it. Do not submit information that belongs to someone else without their permission.

A quote request is a request — not a contract. Any sale of goods is governed by Republic Drill Co.'s written purchase and credit terms (see the credit application for the full terms). Those terms control over anything on this site if there is a conflict.

• Orders are subject to acceptance and product/inventory availability.
• Pricing is as quoted or invoiced at time of order, exclusive of applicable taxes and freight unless stated otherwise.
• Payment terms are as agreed at the time of order or under an existing account agreement.
• Republic Drill may require full or partial payment prior to shipment for certain orders.

Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon shipment unless otherwise agreed in writing. Freight and shipping charges are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated.

Returns, exchanges, and warranty coverage are handled on a product-by-product basis and may be subject to manufacturer warranty terms. Contact us before returning any product. Republic Drill makes no warranties beyond those expressly stated in writing or provided by the original equipment manufacturer.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site or our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
